The Male Scholars Program mission is to nurture, embrace, and educate our young men, introducing and exposing them to as many positive options and opportunities, while giving them the skills to perform at a higher level in society. With the lack of positive male role models, it is our duty to teach leadership, help develop integrity, instruct on how to better communicate, seek ownership, have pride, be caring & loving, therefore allowing for growth within our Male Scholars which would uplift them and add value to the community.

Our Creed, “Informed boys make greater Men” hints to our objective, which is to provide our young men with information and knowledge that will help them make the smarter decisions in life that will provide them with a surer path to success; and to help them understand both the short term and the long term consequences of their decisions and actions.

Every month, participants will convene to concentrate on one of the of our  Development Modules. While each Module will include substantial information, the primary instructional objectives of the program are aimed at assisting participants in recognizing, cultivating, and maintaining the essential skills required to emerge as respected leaders within their schools, families, communities, and the broader world. Participants will be encouraged to articulate their thoughts, present their ideas with confidence, engage fully, and discover their self-assurance throughout this journey.

Each module is crafted to educate, train, and enlighten participants about various aspects of life and community engagement. As each module builds upon the previous one, participants are motivated to investigate, broaden, and implement the practical examples provided in each session. Beyond leadership development, participants will also have opportunities for career exploration, cultural enrichment, and educational support.
